Planning for the LCMC 12th Annual Gathering this October has been underway for quite sometime, and we are pleased to announce that registration for the event will be open to the public shortly.
The gathering, which is set to take place from October 7-10, 2012, will be held at the Crowne Plaza Denver International Airport Hotel and Convention Center in Denver, CO.
Members of the association should be receiving their printed registration packet in the mail within the next few days, and the LCMC staff plans to open online registration at our website by the end of next week.
Church leaders, church members, visitors and voting delegates from LCMC congregations registering before Saturday, September 1 will receive a special reduced rate of $120.00, with the cost of registration increasing after that date.
The cost of attending for single-day visitors is $60.00, and current seminary students may attend the gathering free of charge.
All registration fees are per person and include dinner on Sunday evening and lunches on Monday and Tuesday.
As in the past, tickets for special event dinners, which will be held on Monday and Tuesday, are available for purchase at the time of registration.
Those interested in taking part in either dinner are encouraged to purchase their tickets at the time of registration, as seating for either event may be limited.
