2023 Annual Gathering & Convention - New Registration

All registration fees listed are per person and include dinner and dessert on Sunday, plus lunches on Monday and Tuesday. 

Accessibility Issues / Food Allergies:  If you have any special needs that you would like us to be aware of, please let us know in the section of the form labeled "special needs".  Every effort will be made to help accommodate reasonable requests. 

Breakout Sessions and Focus Groups:  If you plan on attending a breakout session or focus group, please select it on your registration form.  Our staff uses this information to determine appropriate sized rooms to accommodate each session based on interest.  Descriptions  can be found by clicking here.
